Financing Home Improvements?
Question: Todd, I think that you are just pretending to be smart. Their contact info is right on their website.
I still can’t find any lender that can offer me a good deal. Anyone out there knows were I can apply for a Home Equity Line With bad credit?
Answer: Andy, I think I owe you an apology. I mistook your original post on this as shill spam for expfunds.com (i.e. where someone pretending to be a customer mentions a site that no one would otherwise visit). We see a lot of it, and I neglected to keep reading to the point where you said you weren’t happy with their rate. Unlikely a shill would mention a site then slag it.
I never visited their site but did lookup their whois record. If they list their contact info on their actual website, I have no idea why they registered their domain with a proxy service. I’ll add that they’ve only been around online at least since March of this year.

With less than perfect credit, you’ll have to expect to pay a higher rate as you represent a higher risk than someone with a high credit score. Lots of companies would be happy to lend to you. Consider credit unions, or beat the bushes in your own business network for an ethical mortgage broker who resells wholesale HELOC’s from the likes of Wells Fargo and the like. You probably won’t get prime minus a half with poor credit, but you may do better than that site.
