New Credit File
Question: I’d like details, please.
George >— >—- >George J Wu, Sr. Software Engineer, TRW Business Intelligence Systems >rhodes(n) – unit of measure, the rate at which the same annoying crud is >recycled by newcomers to the net. [ from SunExpert magazine]
Answer: You need to mail your request to the poster, not the newsgroup — I assume from your sig that you know that this is crap. The scumbags want $40 to give you instructions on how to scam your way out of a bad credit history. I doubt it would work: the credit firms are pretty good at matching names and addresses to files, regardless of the numbers you give them. And when you apply for credit, you’re usually asked for ALL aliases — if the bank finds out later you lied to hide a bad credit record they can call your note.
BTW, the original poster’s address is in Florida. Isn’t that national headquarters for scam telemarketing? Something about weak state laws…
Kiss your $40 goodbye…
