WANTED: Private Mortgage Lendor
Question: Want to buy a $300,000 house for $200, 000….is a fixer…already living in and renting house from owner. Have no BAD credit…just don’t have ANY credit. Just officially started business but have been building it for 3 years. The payments are not a problem. We simply need the financing with no qualifying. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. thanks in advance

You want 100% financing, you’re self-employed (tax returns will be interesting), you have no credit (yet been in business 3 years?), you don’t mention how much the property will cost to fix, there’s no indication if you have any skills in this area, and the fact that you say that whomever is crazy enough to lend you the money has “nothing to lose” indicates that you don’t have a clue.
