Providian’s new 27.99% interest rate!
Question: I never bother looking at the interest rate of a credit card. It’s foolish to keep a balance on ANY credit card. That’s what a proper loan is for, especially a home equity loan, if you can swing one.
Answer: I hear you! I love how everyone simply assumes you are a homeowner. My student loans will probably prevent me from ever making a down payment on a home or apartment.
