the election is over
Question: Would you kindly enlighten me as to the programming that you feel is so obviously liberal in its bias. By the way, I don’t consider myself a liberal. I am not affiliated with any political party and my voting record attest to that fact. In my first two elections, I voted of Nixon. That was followed by votes for Carter, Reagan (twice), Bush, and Clinton . Looks to me to be a fairly neutral stance on the Liveral/Conservative spectrum.
Answer: What do you think about the fact that personal debt (that is, credit card debt, bank loans, student loans) has more then quadrupled since 1992, and is the primary contributing factor to the economy, in that we’ve grown out of governmental debt by moving the debt to the individual person? Hate to disappoint you, Jim, but I do not think I have a corner on “the truth”. In fact, about all I can be certain about is: cogito, ergo sum. (I think, therefore I am…for those failing my Latin literacy poll requirements.
– that’s a smile, Jim.
There can be much humor here if you want to look…just as there can and will be a liberal or conservative slant to whatever program you watch IF you are looking for it. I believe even the Bible has the quote: “seek and ye shall find”. Look for mean-spiritedness and you’ll find it; look for humor and you’ll find it.
Incidentally, the KKK has never impressed upon me any desire to control freedom of speech, as do a substantial majority of those intolerant of the klanspeople (klansmen? klanswomen? klans…something). I’ll take freedom of speech with the klan over censorship and speech codes with the p.c. crowd any day!
Then again, I’m not fond of imbeciles…klan types or others.s
